Stephen was invited to join Wealth Stewards Inc. Strategic Advisory Board because of his credentials and extensive experience in the tax, estate and trust sectors.

Stepheb is registered with The Law Society of Upper Canada in private practice and with the Ontario and Canadian Institutes of Chartered Accountants as a Chartered Accountant.

Stephen graduated from Dalhousie Law School, articled witha Toronto law firm and then obtained his Chartered Accountant designation.  He has also completed the CICA In Depth Tax Course and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in trust and fiduciary law at Osgoode Hall Law School.

Stephen has over twenty-five years of experience in the legal services, public accounting, banking, trust sectors. While Stephen is responsible for the direction of Tax & Estate Planning at Wealth Stewards, his primary passion is working directly with high net worth private clients.

Throughout his career Steve has maintained a keen interest in charities, serving as treasurer for a large church in Toronto and serving on the Board of a number of charities and non-profit organizations and as Board Chair for a charity engaged in international relief and development
